Premier Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy on Muir Field Rd in Madison, Wisconsin, also serving Fitchburg, Middleton and Verona. It runs four classes a day Monday to Friday -- a lunchtime all-levels class, a kids class at 4:30, and fundamentals and all-levels classes in the evening -- alternating gi early in the week and no-gi later, plus a Saturday morning no-gi open mat; kids classes start at age 6. The school states it has no contracts, class limits, belt promotion fees or mandatory uniform purchases, and is coached by black belts Bill Dresser, a retired MMA fighter with 15 years of grappling and 8 years of instruction, and Coleman Meyer, an active competitor with 5 years of coaching.
