About Frequency Jiu Jitsu
Frequency Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school near TCU in Fort Worth, TX built deliberately around beginners and longevity rather than competition - most of its students are people with jobs and families rather than competitors, and the school states plainly that its goal is not to make world champions. The week alternates gi (Monday and Wednesday) with no-gi (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday), with beginner slots at 6pm, a Thursday lunchtime open mat, and a kids program for ages 4-12. Owner and lead instructor Kyle Raemisch is a 3rd degree black belt with a background in kinesiology and education; kids instructor Tina is a black belt under him with 12 years of training and six years teaching the kids classes, alongside black belt Isaiah and purple belt Jake on the beginners class.
