About Kensho Martial Arts
Kensho Martial Arts is a Kempo Karate and Qigong school on High Street NE in Salem, Oregon. It runs two age-specific Kempo programs — an adult program for ages 15 and up built around hands-on self-defense, conditioning and nutrition, and a kids program for ages 8-14 focused on character building, bullying and anger management — plus Qigong classes for adults of all ages covering stretching, breathing, meditation and the martial application of the movements. Trial lessons are free and arranged by phone.
