Valor Martial Arts opened in Fargo, North Dakota in 2025 at 1404 33rd St SW, Suite G, teaching gi and no-gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu for ages 13+, a Little Lions kids' class from age 7, men's and women's kickboxing, and an MMA class combining striking, wrestling and ground work. It is led by Professor Aaron Moritz, a black belt who started training in 2010 and is described as one of the leading leg-lock instructors in the Midwest, backed by five brown-belt instructors. The first class is free, and the timetable runs from 6:00 AM classes through evening sessions plus a midday open mat.
