About Academy of Combat Arts Fargo
Academy of Combat Arts is a mixed martial arts gym in Fargo, North Dakota, teaching Muay Thai, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, women's kickboxing, Combat Submission Wrestling, boxing and MMA to students ranging from complete beginners to professional fighters, with a stated commitment to an ego-free room. It is led by Dylan Spicer, a BJJ black belt under Greg Nelson and Pedro Sauer, a Level III Combat Submission Wrestling coach under Erik Paulson, an undefeated 7-0 professional MMA fighter and a UFC cornerman since UFC 59. The coaching staff of eight includes several BJJ black belts, a Bellator veteran and a reigning IBJJF Masters world champion, and the gym describes itself as having built the most successful MMA team in North Dakota.
