Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Wilmington is a Certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Training Center in Wilmington, North Carolina teaching the standardised Gracie University curriculum: Gracie Bullyproof for children in three age bands (Mat Munchkins 3-5, Little Champs 5-7, Jr. Grapplers 7-12), Gracie Combatives for adult beginners built on the 36 core techniques, the Master Cycle for blue belt and above — over 600 techniques divided into seven positional chapters — and Women Empowered self-defence for women. Its instructor roster carries two black belts, two brown belts and one senior white belt, and every Master Cycle student gets a Gracie University Online subscription.
