About Brunson's MMA and fitness
Brunson's MMA & Fitness is a martial-arts-based fitness center inside Independence Mall in Wilmington, North Carolina, founded and owned by professional MMA fighter Derek Brunson, a UFC middleweight veteran and Renzo Gracie black belt. The gym runs gi and no-gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu, wrestling, kickboxing and Muay Thai, MMA and cardio kickboxing, with youth versions of the BJJ, wrestling and striking classes. Coaching staff includes two BJJ black-belt professors plus wrestling, striking and Muay Thai specialists drawn from the local pro fight scene.
