Gracie Jiu-Jitsu St. Louis is a Certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Training Center teaching the standardised Gracie University curriculum: Gracie Bullyproof for children in three age bands (Mat Munchkins 3-5, Little Champs 5-7, Jr. Grapplers 7-12), Gracie Combatives for adult beginners, the Master Cycle for blue belt and above — over 600 techniques organised into seven positional chapters — and Women Empowered self-defence for women. The school is explicitly not competition-focused, prioritising self-defence and 'punch-safe' technique, and every student gets a Gracie University Online subscription.
