About Apex Combat Sports Independence
Apex Combat Sports Independence at 911 N Noland Road in Independence, Missouri teaches boxing, K-1 style kickboxing, Muay Thai, no-gi jiu-jitsu and MMA, and calls itself home to one of the biggest combat sports competition teams in Kansas City. No-gi jiu-jitsu runs four days a week at 5pm, Muay Thai Monday to Thursday at 8pm, and youth boxing and kickboxing Monday to Thursday at 5pm for children from age six; the MMA class is the only one not open to beginners. It is the only local MMA gym affiliated with USA Boxing, so it can arrange amateur fights, and all its coaches are Safe Sport certified and background checked.
