Central Maine Brazilian Jiu Jitsu serves the Lewiston and Turner area of Maine with four programmes: kids martial arts split into a 4-6 class and a 7-13 youth class, adult Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai and boxing, and a mixed martial arts class combining boxing, wrestling, Muay Thai and BJJ.
