Viotti Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy & Self Defense in Bountiful, UT trains under a "Jiu Jitsu Elevated" philosophy and says it is led by six world champion, award-winning instructors. Its programmes are tiered - a kids programme taught by black belt coaches specialising in youth development with anti-bullying and self-defense curricula, then Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced adult programmes running from zero experience through positional mastery and international competition preparation - alongside a women's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programme led by Jenn Marquez, described as one of the few female black belt instructors in the Western United States. The facility includes a dedicated weight room, sauna and recovery amenities and cardio equipment.
