About Xcite MMA

Xcite MMA is a mixed martial arts gym in Bluffdale, Utah, owned and head-coached by professional MMA fighter Carson Hardman. It trains MMA for ages 4 and up, with dedicated boxing classes for teens and adults, adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a parent-and-child 'Power Hour', a Saturday open mat, and invitation-only Competitor's League and Fight Team programs. The gym also sells personal training and nutrition coaching, and moved into a larger purpose-built facility in May 2025.
