About Gracie Jiu-Jitsu,® South Jordan
Gracie Jiu-Jitsu South Jordan is an independently owned Certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Training Center in South Jordan, Utah, teaching the Gracie University curriculum to men, women and children with no experience necessary. Its kids programmes follow Gracie Bullyproof: Mat Munchkins for ages 3-4, Little Champs for 5-7 and Jr. Grapplers for 8-12, teaching children to neutralise and control rather than punch or kick. Adults start in beginner co-ed classes covering the 36 core techniques, with a separate women's beginner programme and the Master Cycle for blue belt and above.
