Forever Fitness MMA - Muay Thai Academy is a gym and personal-training studio on E Division St in Arlington, TX offering mixed martial arts, boxing/kickboxing, personal training (in-studio, in-home or virtual) and a children's martial arts program. Its MMA instruction covers contact and parrying drills, boxing, takedowns, wrestling, grappling and Muay Thai sparring for beginners through experienced competitors. Master instructor Francois Nguyen is president of the TWU MMA Club, an adjunct kinesiology professor at TWU, and runs a martial arts after-school program contracted to Arlington ISD schools.
