About DFW Boxing Club - MMA, KickBoxing, Muay Thai Gym - Arlington

DFW Boxing Club in Arlington, Texas is a mixed martial arts and fitness center on E Division St running around 50 classes a week, with a ring, weight area, locker rooms and pro shop, and sister locations in Fort Worth, Cedar Hill, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Dallas and Irving. Its programme list spans boxing, Muay Thai kickboxing, MMA, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and submission wrestling, Krav Maga and street self-defense, Olympic-style USTU Tae Kwon Do, personal training, and a children's ladder from Little Dragons (4-6) through kids kickboxing and Karate for Kids to Junior Kickboxing (11-17). Head MMA instructor and general manager Lim Nguyen, a black belt with 24 years of martial arts experience, co-founded the gym's own system combining boxing, kickboxing and jiu-jitsu, and BJJ is taught by Relson Gracie instructor John Estes, an Army infantry veteran.

Two free training sessions, offered on every programme page; the Brazilian jiu-jitsu class separately advertises a free introductory class. Personal training has its own offer: a free first session (consultation, health and exercise history, goal profile, strength test, posture exam, weigh-in and body composition analysis) or $75 off a 10- or 20-session plan, new clients only.
