About One Nation Jiu Jitsu
One Nation Jiu Jitsu is a no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Smyrna, Tennessee serving Smyrna, Murfreesboro and Middle Tennessee, opened in March 2010 by Professor Cliff Fonseca, a third-degree black belt under Luiz Palhares. It runs adult and kids classes, a women-only class on Sunday afternoons led by brown belt Sadie Beard, a kids' BJJ camp, and an after-school programme with bus pick-up, homework help and three staggered class times from 4:00pm. Training is free for law enforcement officers up to purple belt level and discounted 50% for military veterans, and the academy has six black and brown belt instructors on staff.
