Outbox Jiu Jitsu Fit is Samuel Braga's Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy at 5710 Kingston Pike in Knoxville, Tennessee, running more than 18 classes a week across morning, afternoon and evening. The adult programme takes complete beginners through to advanced practitioners with a warm-up, technique, drilling and live training structure, while the kids' side is graded into Little Champions (4-6), Kids (7-9) and Juniors (10-15), the last adding competition preparation and leadership work. The academy also runs an unusual Homeschool BJJ programme with daytime scheduling, charges no registration fee, and gives newcomers a free week plus a new uniform.
