About Alliance Jiu Jitsu Knoxville
Alliance Jiu Jitsu Knoxville, which trades as Lucas Lepri Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, is at 3325 Sutherland Avenue in Knoxville and teaches gi and no-gi BJJ across all-levels, fundamentals and intermediate/advanced tracks, plus women's-only classes, a no-gi wrestling class and an adult striking session. It is owned and run by Laban Propst, a four-time world champion and black belt under Lucas Lepri of Alliance, who is also a paediatric exercise physiologist. The kids side follows Team Alliance's age-specific curriculum and adds Bullyproof, a homeschool class and BJJ Play, a motor-development programme Propst designed for 2-3 year olds that the school says is taught nowhere else.
