About Pittsburgh Martial Arts & Boxing Academy
Pittsburgh Martial Arts & Boxing Academy has trained people in Pittsburgh's east suburbs for over 40 years, from 1969 Lincoln Hwy in North Versailles. Coach Bob Barnum, with more than 20 years of coaching, runs Olympic-style boxing, a mixed Muay Thai/kickboxing program and a street-realistic self-defense program, taught either in small group classes or one-on-one, for people who want to compete and for those who prefer no-contact fitness training. It is a private gym: not open to the public, all training by appointment under a coach's supervision, ages 13 and up, with no free trials and no refunds. At the time of writing the academy is not accepting new members.
