The timetable runs BJJ/Judo, no-gi wrestling, MMA drills and sparring, Muay Thai (including a ladies' class), kids' BJJ/judo, kids' wrestling and kids' MMA self-defense, a Peewee's programme for ages 4-6, and a Saturday open mat. Alongside Professor Indio the mats are staffed by a Muay Thai head coach, a former University of Pittsburgh Division I wrestler, a conditioning coach and four BJJ instructors.
