About Apex Jiu-Jitsu
Apex Jiu-Jitsu Academy of Self Defense on E Interstate 240 Service Rd in Oklahoma City teaches Gracie Jiu-Jitsu with a reality-based self-defense focus, covering striking, clinch, takedowns and submissions as well as ground work. Its instructors are veteran police officers with decades of experience. The adult core curriculum runs over 100 techniques countering common attacks, taught one or two per class and followed by live rolling, alongside a kids program and bookable specialty seminars in women's self-defense and law enforcement defensive tactics. Classes run Monday to Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
