Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Kansas City is a Gracie University school in the Northland, running the official Gracie curricula: Gracie Combatives, the 36-technique beginner programme for co-ed adults and teens, the Master Cycle for blue through black belt (over 600 techniques split into seven positional chapters), Women Empowered self-defence, and Gracie Bullyproof for children in three age bands — Mat Munchkins (3-5), Little Champs (5-7) and Jr. Grapplers (8-12).
