About United Jiu Jitsu

United Jiu Jitsu is at 2055 White Bear Ave Suite 100 in Maplewood, Minnesota, founded in 2017 by Professor Stan Riser, a first-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and fifth-degree American Taekwondo black belt. It teaches ages three and up: PUPs for preschool and kindergarten (3-6), junior gi and no-gi BJJ and junior Muay Thai, and adult classes split into BJJ Tech, BJJ Threads, Sport BJJ and no-gi BJJ alongside Muay Thai and kickboxing that blends boxing and American taekwondo. Classes run Monday to Thursday evenings, the school runs a beginner-friendly no-gi summer pack of 24 coached classes over twelve weeks, and a free trial class is offered.
