Romulus Jiu Jitsu Academy in Golden Valley, Minnesota specializes in no-gi submission grappling and the 10th Planet American Jiu Jitsu system, with adult and youth grappling covering jiu-jitsu, wrestling and judo. Head coach Keir Gellatly is a 10th Planet brown belt who took each of his ranks from a different head coach around the country. The Fuji-sponsored mat space sits inside the Relative Strength conditioning gym and is built over a gymnastics spring floor, with what the academy calls Minnesota's first CJI pit wall.
