MMT Gym (Mitten Muay Thai) is a dedicated Muay Thai facility in Rochester Hills, Michigan running beginner, advanced, kids and women's-only classes built around pad work, heavy bag, partner drills, clinch and technical sparring. Head coach and co-owner Nick Bismack is a Rajadamnern Stadium veteran with roughly two dozen professional fights and more than 20 years in combat sports, who has coached One Championship and UFC veterans and spent a decade coaching the Dubai royal family. The women's programme is taught by Coach McKenna Diener, who has nine fights and has lived, trained and competed in Thailand.
