Four Seasons Martial Arts on Floyd Dr in Lexington is the headquarters of the Carlson Gracie Kentucky team, offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai and MMA for hobbyists and competitors alike. BJJ head coach Tony Dismukes is a 3rd-degree black belt under Mike O'Donnell and Carlson Gracie Jr with over 40 years in martial arts, and the gym was founded and run for two decades by Michael O'Donnell, Kentucky's first BJJ black belt and a 5th-degree black belt under Carlson Gracie Jr, now coach emeritus. The staff includes six BJJ black belts plus boxing and Muay Thai coaches with professional records.
