About Hit and Hustle EVV
Hit & Hustle EVV is a boxing program in Evansville, Indiana run by coach JarDan Ramon, a 2014 Indiana Golden Gloves light heavyweight champion who has been boxing for over a decade and has competed in tournaments across the US. It runs an adult group class built on boxing fundamentals, cardio and conditioning with limited weekly spots, and "Hit & Hustle: Next Gen", a youth boxing class for ages 7-17. One-on-one mitt training is offered in 30- and 60-minute sessions for adults and kids, covering form, footwork, self-defense and countering drills, and the coach frames the program around aligning mind, body and spirit, including guided meditation.
