It runs adult all-levels and comp/advanced BJJ classes, a women's class every Tuesday following a BJJ-for-self-defence curriculum, a kids' programme for ages 6+ four times a week, and Pre-JJ for ages 3-5 on Monday and Thursday afternoons, plus private lessons and a summer camp. Memberships are unlimited-attendance and deliberately simple — the school advertises no contracts, no extra fees and no branded uniform requirement — and a free intro class is offered.
