About Atlas Jiu-Jitsu
Atlas Jiu-Jitsu is a no-gi-focused academy housed inside The Mecca Gym, a 24,000 sq ft performance facility in Meridian, Idaho; every Atlas membership includes 24/7 access to that gym. It runs adult all-levels classes mornings and evenings Monday through Thursday, a Saturday open mat and skill lab, and a kids program from age 5, alongside self-defense. Head instructor Chase Riddick is a black belt in the lineage of the late Keith Owen — a Pedro Sauer black belt — and was promoted by two of Owen's senior students, Josh Arentz and Todd Richards; he founded Atlas as a studio deliberately free of politics and ego.
