About Iron Kingz

Iron Kingz is a combat sports gym on Mapunapuna Street in Honolulu hosting four resident programmes: Iron Kingz Boxing for youth, teens and adults; HFA Muay Thai & Kickboxing, whose Krus are certified under Master Saohin Anupong Srisuk; 808 Top Team Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and all-levels MMA, including a keiki developmental class from age 3; and Wing Chun Hawaii, an adult class in the Ip Man lineage. It runs 38 classes a week morning and evening Monday to Friday, with weekend training by appointment, and sells unlimited memberships with no long-term contract.
