About MMA Barn
MMA Barn occupies a restored historic church at 465 Park Ave in Windsor, Connecticut, teaching boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under one roof, including boxing sparring sessions, jiu-jitsu technique drills, a self-defense-focused jiu-jitsu class and a youth boxing program. It is led by head coach Mooka Barnes, a former Division I wrestler with over 15 years in boxing and Muay Thai who has competed professionally for more than 13 years across Bellator, Gladiator Challenge, World Fighting Championships, Golden Boy and Dana White's Contender Series. Group classes are sold at a weekly rate and private classes take individuals or small groups of up to four.
