About Gracie Farmington Valley
Gracie Farmington Valley is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy in Canton, Connecticut, serving the Farmington Valley since 2011 and drawing students from Farmington, Avon, Simsbury and the wider Hartford County. It runs adult and kids jiu-jitsu programmes built around structured, beginner-friendly progression, self-defense and character development, and also offers private lessons. Head coach and owner Joseph Montgomery has over 12.5 years of training, is a black belt under Robbie Donofrio and Jay Bell, and teaches within the Gracie Tampa Network.
