About Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Colorado Springs
Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Colorado Springs is a Certified Training Center (CTC) authorised to teach the Gracie University curriculum from Torrance, California, and describes itself as southern Colorado's longest-running CTC, open since 2013. It runs the four standard Gracie programmes: Gracie Combatives for beginner adults (36 core techniques, no competitive sparring), the Master Cycle for advanced students working from blue to black belt, Gracie Bullyproof for children aged 3-12 in four age bands (Mat Munchkins, Little Champs, Jr. Grapplers and Black Belt Club), and Women Empowered, the official women's self-defense programme. Private lessons are available outside class times, and its head instructor is certified in every Gracie University programme including Safewrap and GST Levels 1 and 2.
