FH Defense is a self-defense training and consulting business in Chico, California, led by CEO Cedric Schwyzer. Rather than running a class timetable it delivers workplace violence prevention consulting and compliance work aligned to California SB 553 and Title 8 Section 3342, defensive tactics and de-escalation training for law enforcement, corrections, healthcare and private security, and civilian de-escalation, self-defense and combatives courses offered co-ed and women's-only, plus private and private-group lessons and seminars. Training is delivered on-site at client premises or at its own facility, and it offers a full refund to anyone who feels they learned nothing.
