About StrongHold Jiu Jitsu

StrongHold Jiu-Jitsu is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in DeForest, Wisconsin, started in 2015 and led by head coach Wade Barden. It trains children from five and a half years old — Mini Mat Monsters (5½-7) and Mat Monsters (8-12) — plus adults of all ages with no prior experience required, and adds one-on-one competition training and private lessons for students preparing for tournaments. The school describes itself as a family rather than a franchise.
