About Brabo Jiu Jitsu Academy
Brabo Jiu Jitsu Academy is an all-ages Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school at 1832 Kempsville Rd, Suite 103 in the Kempsville area of Virginia Beach, VA, founded in 2022 by Professor Oleksandr 'Alex' Humen. Its timetable runs adult gi and no-gi classes from 6 AM through evening, a GI Fundamentals class, advanced no-gi, positional sparring, and a youth ladder of Tiny Ninjas (3-4), Little Grapplers (5-9), Youth BJJ gi and no-gi (10-15), youth wrestling and youth advanced training, plus a two-hour Saturday open mat. The academy teaches what it calls the tenets of mental toughness and hard work, and offers a free trial class booked through its online calendar.
