Its programmes are adult jiu-jitsu (16+, gi and no-gi, with drilling and open mat), kids' jiu-jitsu for ages 6-15 with a separate beginners class, kickboxing, a women's-only 'Athena' self-defense programme adapted to female physiology, private lessons and guest seminars. Founder and head instructor Dave Kenworthy is a 3rd-degree black belt who has trained since 2003 and taught since 2010, with gold medals at Grappler's Quest, Copa Atlantica and NAGA and two Pan IBJJF bronzes; the team took second place at a 2025 Fuji tournament.
