Sambo Fort Worth, trading as Fort Worth Combatives, is at 8808 Camp Bowie West Blvd #110 and is run by husband-and-wife owners Robert and Jennifer Klenka, each with over twenty years in martial arts. It is a Certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Training Center teaching Gracie Combatives for adult beginners and the 15-lesson Women Empowered women's self-defence course, alongside sport and combat sambo for adults and a kids' sport sambo class, and ALIVE! Combatives knife and firearms training. Beyond the weeknight classes it runs a heavy calendar of weekend seminars — CPR, AED and Stop The Bleed, civilian trauma, tactical emergency casualty care, women's personal defence workshops and firearms courses — and is a certified first aid, CPR and Stop The Bleed training school. A free introductory lesson is offered and membership is $149 a month for unlimited classes with no contract.
