Viktos Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy at 6548 Ward Ave in North Charleston, South Carolina, running kids' classes for ages 6-13, 6:00am morning classes and 6:30pm adult classes that alternate gi and no-gi through the week. The evening programme is led by head coach Zacharie Baron-Powell, a Charleston native and black belt under Gustavo Dantas who has trained since 2010 and holds Toro Cup, Sirius Grappling, Carolina Combat League and NewBreed titles; the morning programme is led by Cody McGuire, a black belt under JB Burnem with IBJJF and Southeastern Grappling Association gold and a state-level wrestling background. The school positions itself as beginner-friendly, welcoming complete beginners, hobbyists and competitors alike.
