About Tri-Force MMA
Tri-Force MMA is a 15,000 sq ft training centre at 181 Conant St in Pawtucket, Rhode Island's historic mill district, minutes from Providence, and describes itself as the largest MMA dojo in the state with room for over 50 students in a class. Owned and run by Professor Pete Jeffrey since 2007, it teaches Brazilian jiu-jitsu in gi and no-gi, Muay Thai, boxing and wrestling for adults and kids, with age groups at 5-10 and 10-15, a women's empowered programme, a law-enforcement BJJ class and a wrestling and competition team. The fourteen-strong coaching staff includes ten BJJ black belts, two Bellator veterans and a Muay Lao head instructor.
