About Arte Suave BJJ Brisbane
Arte Suave ("The Gentle Art") at 28 Wellington Rd, Woolloongabba, Brisbane opened in October 2014 and runs a full gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu timetable from 6am to 8:30pm across fundamentals, intermediate, advanced, drilling, problem solving, takedowns, positional training, an advanced competition class and open mats. Kids classes are age-banded Pandas (2-4/5), Monkeys (4/5-8), Gorillas (7/8-12+) and a kids competition class, and there are women's-only gi and no-gi fundamentals sessions. Head coach is Uros Culic, with founder Emanuela D'Annibale coaching yoga and BJJ.
