Ascend Movement & Jiu-Jitsu at 3/19 Allen Street, Moffat Beach, Queensland is a holistic movement and martial arts studio founded by husband-and-wife team Michael ("Kochy") and Lynsey Koch. Michael is a black belt coach with 30+ years of martial arts experience and an affiliate of Danny Higgins Grappling; Lynsey is a clinical nutritionist. Adult classes cover BJJ from basic to advanced, grappling, striking and boxing, alongside yoga, breathwork, meditation, functional movement, sprint and strength & conditioning; kids jiu-jitsu runs for ages 6-14 and teen yoga for 9-15.
