The timetable runs a BJJ basics class five days a week, mixed-level and advanced classes including 6am and 10am sessions, Friday no-gi, kids' BJJ and kickboxing with a separate 4-6 year old class, judo on Wednesdays and Saturdays, kickboxing four nights a week, and dedicated competition team training on Fridays and Sundays. New students get a free class and no uniform is required to try.
