About Jujitsu-Do Martial Art Center
Jujitsu-Do Martial Art Center in Eugene, Oregon teaches Danzan Ryu jujitsu, the Hawaiian-Japanese system founded by Professor Henry S. Okazaki in the 1920s. The curriculum covers escapes, joint locks, striking and blocking, throws and breakfalls, submissions, kicks and weapon defense, alongside the style's healing-arts component of resuscitation and restorative massage. The school is affiliated with the American Judo and Jujitsu Federation and runs classes for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.
