About APEX MMA Windsor
APEX MMA is a Windsor-Lakeshore martial arts academy combining Carlson Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with Bang Muay Thai kickboxing, plus boxing, wrestling and MMA. One membership covers every class; programs run for teens and adults from beginner to advanced, a kids program for ages 7-12, and Tiny Titans for ages 4-7. Head coach Cesar B. is a 2nd-degree BJJ black belt under three-time IBJJF world champion Fernando Vieira with a professional MMA career.
