About Sheepdog Jiu-Jitsu
Sheepdog Jiu-Jitsu serves Tulsa, Bixby and Jenks, Oklahoma with a self-defense-first Brazilian jiu-jitsu curriculum aimed at everyday people and first responders, built around the idea that training "Sheepdogs" protects the wider community. Its timetable runs adult jiu-jitsu five mornings and four evenings a week, Pups classes for ages 4-8 and Big Dogs for 9-14, a Saturday striking class, a Sunday Weapons Concepts session and a Sunday members-only open mat. It is headed by Master Blake Hayes with three assistant instructors, and anchors the Sheepdog Jiu-Jitsu Association, a network of academies teaching its methods.
