About Black Flag Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Black Flag Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a family-focused martial arts academy in Mustang, Oklahoma, run by owner and head instructor Jayson Dedmon, a Jean Jacques Machado black belt; the school is a JJM affiliate and states that every instructor is background-checked as a condition of that association. Programmes cover adults fundamentals and advanced/competition BJJ, a kids curriculum split into a Tiny Kids class for ages 4-6 and a main kids class, a women's-only BJJ and self-defense class, and kickboxing/Muay Thai combatives for advanced students. The facility also offers strength and conditioning and a child care room so parents can train, and the school's name comes from the Civil War black flag and its 'No quarter, no surrender' motto.
