About Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu Academy of Raleigh
Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy of Raleigh is the first Royce Gracie affiliated school in Raleigh, North Carolina, teaching the official multi-level curriculum of the Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Network under head instructor Billy Dowey with three Royce Gracie black belts on staff. The curriculum covers self-defence, grappling, weapon defence, law-enforcement and military applications and a children's syllabus, and is presented as Grandmaster Hélio Gracie's original self-defence system adapted by Royce Gracie for group teaching. Memberships include two programmes — jiu-jitsu and kickboxing — so students can cross-train as much as they want.
