About Elevate MMA Academy
Elevate MMA Academy in Durham, North Carolina was founded on 1 March 2016 to teach mixed martial arts as an integrated whole rather than a stack of separate styles. Students train techniques drawn from boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, wrestling and judo, with gi and no-gi BJJ, MMA and MMA sparring, kickboxing and Dutch kickboxing, Los Lobos Wrestling and open mats on the weekly schedule. Newcomers to combat sports spend their first month in the No-Gi Fundamentals and Kickboxing Fundamentals classes. One membership covers unlimited access to every class and open mat, with no contracts and the option to pause or cancel at any time.
