About Nova Jiu Jitsu

Nova Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy at 3300 Monroe Ave in Rochester, New York, founded in 2009 and led by 3rd-degree black belt Jason Plaisted. It is a Roy Harris affiliate with a coaching staff of six black belts and four brown belts, running gi, no-gi, fundamentals, competition, women's and kids classes for ages 4-12. Walk-ins are welcome and the first class is free.
